Rita Kuchta, RN, BSN: Allied Services Integrated Health System announced that Rita Kuchta, RN is the new Director of Nursing at Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton. During her long nursing career, Kuchta specialized in gerontology, directly supervising the operations of several care units in the Scranton facility. Throughout her career in the Integrated Health System, Rita has held various administrative positions, including Unit Manager and Deputy Director of Nursing. Rita has been an employee of Allied Services Skilled Nursing in Scranton for over twenty years, demonstrating not only her loyalty but also her true experience in skilled nursing. Rita received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University.
Melissa Palermo, RN: Allied Services Integrated Health System has announced Melissa Palermo, RN as the new Assistant Director of Nursing at the Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton. Palermo was previously Unit Head where she was responsible for overseeing clinical care and directing staff to ensure the highest quality of care. After joining the Skilled Nursing Center in 2003 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Palermo used the Allied Service Education Assistance Programs and was able to continue her career by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse and then a Licensed Nurse upon graduation. of Excelsior College.
Jamie Sheridan, RN, BSN: Allied Services Integrated Health System welcomes returning employee Jamie Sheridan, RN, BSN as the new Staff Development Coordinator for the Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton. Patrick Quinn: The Allied Services Integrated Health System welcomed Patrick Quinn as Deputy Director of the Development Services Division. Quinn has worked exclusively in the area of intellectual and developmental disabilities for 38 years. He is an accomplished speaker at local, state and national levels who advocates for the rights of people with disabilities. Quinn is a graduate of the University of Scranton and holds certificates from the National Institute on Developmental Disorders at the University of Delaware and the Nonprofit Leadership Program at the University of Scranton.
Guillaume Lezinski, MBA, CMA: Allied Services Integrated Health System has appointed William Lezinski, MBA, CMA as Assistant Vice President of Professional Services. Lezinski joined Integrated Health System in 2020 as Director of Accounting for the Professional Services Division, bringing over 25 years of experience in the banking and real estate industries. Lezinski’s extensive financial knowledge has enabled him to master the complex financial reports required by the various programs that make up the professional division. In the area of financial services, Lezinski will also strive to ensure compliance with numerous federal and state janitorial contracts, tax requirements of human services programs, and general day-to-day business operations. In addition to his current role, Bill will now be responsible for all real estate leases for the Integrated Health System. Lezinski received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
Jeff Snyder, BA: Allied Services Integrated Health System announced Jeff Snyder, BA, as Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health, Burnley Employment and Rehabilitation Center, and Waiver Coordination. Snyder started his career with Allied Services in 2005. In 2017 he was promoted to Director of the Burnley Employment and Rehabilitation Center in Stroudsburg and in 2019 was promoted to Executive Director, adding the Waivers Coordination Division to his main responsibilities. In 2019, Snyder also received the Charles Luger Memorial Employee Award in recognition of his commitment and dedication to Allied Services and its mission. In addition to his current role, Jeff will now oversee the Behavioral Health Division. The Behavioral Health Division provides housing and assisted living services to over 400 people with mental health issues in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Schuylkill and Bradford counties. Snyder received his Bachelor of Arts in Management from Penn State University.
Mike Killeen, BS: Allied Services Integrated Health System has announced Mike Killeen, BS, as Assistant Vice President of the Development Services Division. He joined the Developmental Services division at Allied Services in 1978 as a direct care worker and has dedicated his professional career to the care of people with developmental disabilities. Over the past 43 years, he has held numerous clinical and management positions. In her new role, Killeen will oversee care teams providing 24 hour care to over 100 people with developmental disabilities in 7 family settings in the community. In 2007, Killeen received the Charles Luger Memorial Employee Award for his extraordinary leadership and dedication to serving people with disabilities. Killeen received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
Charlotte Wright: Allied Services Integrated Health System announced that Charlotte Wright was assistant vice president of development and marketing. Wright joined Allied Services in 2011 helping both the professional services division and the foundation office. In his new role, Wright is responsible for the organization’s digital marketing strategy, external communications, and development activities, including WNEP’s annual charity campaign, Ryan’s Run. Wright holds a BA in Anthropology from Durham University, England, and an MA in Forced Migration from Oxford University, England.
Maurya Incavido, BFA: Allied Services Integrated Health System welcomed Maurya Incavido, BFA as Talent Manager for the Human Resources Department. In her new role, Inavido will act as an employee career advisor and assist with system-wide internal staffing. Inavido will aim to assist employees in assessment, performance improvement, career transitions, work and career paths, and work / life balance situations. Prior to joining Allied Services, Inavido worked in the United States Senate for almost 15 years. Inavido received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Marywood University.
Laurie Fleming, BS: Allied Services Integrated Health System welcomed Laurie Fleming as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Palliative Care and Palliative Care Division of Integrated Health Systems. Fleming will coordinate and manage the Divisions Volunteer Program, including helping to facilitate volunteer services for patients and their families receiving care in hospices in health systems and in the home. Prior to joining Allied Services, Fleming was Director of the West Side Active Older Adult Center and Director of the Seniors Program at United Neighborhood Centers in northeastern Pennsylvania. Flemming received his Bachelor of Science in Public Policy with a concentration in Health Care Management from Penn State University and a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Southern California.
